Sometimes you gotta do what ya gotta do

Sometimes the hunting is hard and things just dont seem to work out the way you want them to. Sometimes you take people that just dont catch on or are just not fun to be around. We went hunting the other night and the dogs struck then ran a big circle , GPS is AWESOME , then as we were going to them my fourwheeler dropped a lower ball joint and left me stranded . The land owner went back to his camp to get some tools and while they were gone I was watching the dogs on the GPS. They had a bay going for over an hour . They were a little over 3/4 of a mile away and i could barely hear them barking every once in a while when the wind would quit blowing. Long story short the bay broke just as the land owner got back to me and then the dogs stopped again . We left my fourwheeler and went to em and they had this little shoat caught . At least the hunt wasn't all bad.
